At Hawthorn Trail Therapy, we warmly welcome people of all identities, faith traditions, and lived experiences. We believe that healing is not just possible, it is your birthright, and that flourishing is for everyone. Together we can bring hope, healing, and empowerment to our corner of the world.

Kindness is at the heart of everything we do. In a world that can often feel harsh, hurried, or excluding, we offer a place where you are met with compassion, care, and genuine welcome. We believe kindness itself is healing, and that being truly seen and accepted can begin to restore what has felt broken or out of reach.

Our work is grounded in a deep commitment to ethical, trauma-informed practice and confidentiality. Knowing that safety is a prerequisite for healing, we aim to create a safe and empowering space where you can come as you are and trust that your story will be honored with the highest standards of care.

Approach & Therapeutic Orientation

Approach & Therapeutic Orientation

I am a trauma-informed, strength-based therapist who works from a relational psychodynamic, somatic, and depth-oriented perspective. I believe our stories live in our relationships, and that our good, wise bodies often speak the truths our minds may not yet be ready to name.

My approach is nonjudgmental, holistic, and honors your experience as an emotional, spiritual, physical, and social being. Together, we'll cultivate the trust and safety needed to explore what no longer serves you and move toward what does, with increasing awareness, embodiment, and connection.

While we'll find supportive skills and tools to ease symptoms in the short term, psychodynamic therapy can be long-term work, spacious enough to hold the complexity of the systems and experiences that have shaped you. It is a profound honor for me to co-create a therapeutic space where stuck-ness can find flow and survival mode can give way to flourishing.
